9:57 am	NEW YAOI MANGA PAGES!! (LOVES REQUIEM) Hey all. I've been working really hard on a new manga, I think my art is getting much better. I started writing this story last year, and am finally getting around to making the fiction into a manga...Anyhoo...This manga is called "Love's Requiem". It's a summer love story between a cello student(19) and his teacher(24). The 19 year old seme is japanese, but his parents moved to the US when he was 15. So his real name is Tomo, but, he goes by Jake most of the time. Niki is the uke, he teaches cello from his childhood home out in the country, which he inherited when his parents died a few years ago. Whoa, long intro,eh? sorry. The first chapter is a current look at their passionate relationship, then after that the manga starts at the beginning of their first meeting...So here are the first 5 pages, and the cover, etc. The next 5 pages are ALL shmex, but I am still adding the tones, so I'll post them when they are done. 7:07 pm	Yay! I have been SLAVING away at this doujinshi, and have just finished! whoo hoo! I don't usually post my whole doujinshis, but this is my first fan doujin, based on Yamane-sensei's Finder Series, so I figured I'd share..It's a silly little look at what Asami and Takaba might be dreaming about...heehee This is the Japanese version, I am posting the english version also, in the Yamane Ayano Live journal community....enjoy! 12:18 am	Wow.. well ive been very busy lately (too busy to use caps and puncuation apparently) hahha OH, I know that I am the only one that sees this, but wow, I am feeling really accomplished right now...I just got back from Oregon, and my yaoi art exhibit went over really well..yay! and I am almost done with my new doujin, Amai no Yume, (except the movers just took my scanner, so...) They took the last load yesterday...everything is gone...I wont see it again until I get to Japan in 4 weeks...hmmm...I feel really good though...really good. Almost euphoric even..I can't wait to move..but, my sis just had a baby...and Dammit, I cant get to Cinci to see her before I move..could be 2 years before I see my new nephew...*wahh* I am excitedly waiting for my demo to get done (mixing etc) cause I just went to Nashville to record it, and well, I think it is going to turn out pretty cool. ahh, its late...G'night! 12:56 pm	no more drunk posts! Haha, I was just reading over my LJ, and hmm, seems like I only post after tipping back on grandpa's cough medicine...haha SO thought I'd actually post something sensible for once...Here is my New Years Resolution: *drumroll*.....I am giving up alcohol until I move to Japan March 1st!!! No, no, not because I am drinking too much, but because I am going to REALLY try to lose these last 10 pounds before I move (ackk, that means exercise too, right??) So anyhoo, thought I'd post it here, seems like Ill be more obligated if it's actually in writing somewhere...Annnnnd, I haven't had a drink since New Years Eve, so Im just waiting for the scale to start dropping that little needle to the left...yeah, yeah, Im eating healthy too....Other news...I have totally redesigned my music site so that it will be navigable for Japanese and english speakers, it will be up soon, when i get back from Nashville with my new finished demo album......oh and I have been so busy with my yaoi site, the new year layout is up, and now I have to take a break from everything and start packing my stuff for the big move....oh and I have a photoshoot for the new album cover this week so I am pretty much starving to get ready for it..man I feel old...ha....that's about it...the movers take my computer feb 1st, so no site updates till I get to Japan in March.....:( matane! 6:41 am	wow, I haven't posted in a long time....:) Hmmm, just back from yaoi-con..that was fun...heh....taking a small break from my yaoi doujinshi to get caught up on my japanese homework...finally have the hiragana and the katakana down, the kanji is kicking my butt, though....Still, a beautiful language, and a joy to learn...tough though...Ill get the hang of it hopefully...:) working on some non-yaoi doujinshi, a much neglected series I started called Shiraku (promised my mom, she thinks I am getting too hentai) haha But also working on some new yaoi stories I am very excited to start drawing into manga....well, thats it, oh I bought about $300 worth of new yaoi manga at the con, and already read it all...*sigh* heehee (Comment on this)

7:47 pm	Back in School... Hee, my second day of Japanese class, she already gave us 46 characters of Hiragana to memorize and she is giving us like 24 more tomorrow!! We have to write them over and over like times tables..So we will learn Hiragana, Katakana, and some kanji over the next 18 weeks...I was giggling in class because I already knew the Hiragana symbols for Ah, oh, oo, and nn!(and of course se me and u ke) hahaha It's moving so fast, but alot of fun!!! Hopefully Ill be prepared for my big move to Japan in March..:) Maybe Ill know enough to practice a little with the japanese speakers at yaoi-con...(which I am also very excited for) yay! I also get to start drawing nudes in my figure drawing class starting this thursday. Yay! I can't wait to get better at the human figure, I'm sure it will improve my yaoi manga....*I will study hard!* heehee Oh I managed to find time amidst all the studying to finish a pic of Haru(uke), this is a picture page that will be in my new doujinshi "Latework" which I am trying desperately to finish in time for yaoi-con....*busy, busy* :) Current Mood: determined (Comment on this)
